1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled or officially postponed by the organizer.

2. Event cancelled/postponed

In case of the event being cancelled/postponed we will refund only the actual value of the ticket you purchased for and not the service, processing, transaction or convenience fees. Any fees are non-refundable.

3. Ticket Requirement for Entry

Attendees must present a valid ticket at check-in, either:

● a printed ticket with QR Code, or

● a digital e-ticket on a smartphone.

4. Failure to present a valid ticket may result in denial of entry without refund.

5. Mobile Ticket Access

Mobile network disruptions may prevent access to e-tickets. Attendees are strongly advised to download or save tickets on their device prior to arrival to ensure smooth entry.

6. Identification Requirement

The organizer reserves the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at entry.

7. Right to Refuse Admission

The organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event or venue policies, without refund.

8. Data Security & Privacy

The ticketing platform uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect transactions data. Personal information collected during booking will not be sold or rented to third parties, except as required to process the transaction or comply with legal obligations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, seating arrangement, or program if required due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

11.Photography and Recording

The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by the organizer. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded without compensation.

12.Liability Disclaimer

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings at the event.

13.Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be held responsible for cancellation, delay, or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

14. Communication & Marketing Consent
By providing your contact details, you expressly consent to receive event-related communications, including ticket delivery, event updates, and safety alerts, via email and SMS/text message.
